Silicone PET protective film

Low viscosity, self-exhaust, easy to attach, easy to peel off, no silicon transfer after stripping; Good wettability, excellent re-paste performance; Thousand dust-free environment production, excellent cleanliness; High strength, high temperature resistance, good weather resistance; High transparency, can inspect the subject in the paste state.

    Product Application:

    Used for touch screen Glass, ITO Glass/Film process processing; All kinds of smart phones, tablet computers and other tablet display, touch panel anti-scratch protection; Optical PMMA, PC, PET panel protection; LCD with polarizer, diffuser, brightener and other optical diaphragm protection; Die-cutting protection for foam, OCA and copper foil; FPC support protection.

    Product technical parameters:

    Base film thickness: 25-125μm

    Release film thickness: 25-100μm

    Glue thickness: 5-25μm

    Peeling force: 1-1000g/25mm

    Maximum width: 1300mm

    Standard width: 1100mm

    Standard length: 200m
